Chinois Chicken Salad

Pulled oven roasted chicken tossed with julienne strips of Napa cabbage, romaine, red cabbage, snow pea, pea shoot, carrot, Thai basil. Hand tossed with peanut, sesame seed and Chinese mustard vinaigrette. Served with won ton crisp.
